The Georgia Apply to College week has lots of fun events. One in particular is the Apply to College Scavenger Hunt. Seniors had to go around the school and find teachers who meet the criteria of each box to sign. The boxes pertain to things they did in college so the students start to think about what college is really like (and shudder at what their teachers may have been like in school!)

 More encouragement came in the form of prizes. The first place winner received s $15 Starbucks gift card, the second place winner received a Spartans Blanket, and the third place winner received a $5 Chick-Fil-A gift card. This activity encouraged students to look at college more carefully, and figure out their options before they make a decision, and appreciate the things they have in store for them.
