Batman the Dark Knight is hailed as the of the best superhero movies of all time, even though Heath Ledger’s Joker took the spotlight, The Dark Knight did a great job developing his character and giving him a proper origin story.  Aaron Eckhart (Two-Face) did a great job really showing how tragic his character really is.   

Throughout the movie, Batman dismisses Joker as just another villain, but as he fights him more and more, he learns that the Joker is not much different from himself. The only difference between them is that Batman is seen as a hero so even though he does punishable things every time he goes after a criminal, but just because joker is a “bad guy” his crimes are not dismissed.  

Batman the Dark Knight is a far more complex film than, say, the recent Venom sequel.

The Dark Night is one of my favorite movies because tells the story of every character so well, and all the scenes are just perfect. This movie was also a lot like the comics in a way that many other superhero movies do not correlate with the comics that much. The Dark Knight was pretty dark and gruesomejust as the Batman comics are dark and gruesome. The tone of the film captured the comics perfectly. It will be interesting to see if the new DC Batman movie with Robert Patterson can, top it.
